Challenge

In real estate and property trade fairs, its always been a challenge to showcase freehold property in small models, video presentation or brochures. CityScape is one the largest trade fair takes place in the Dubai World Trade Center, Our Client Diamond Developer needed a unique experience for its customers and guests on trade fair stand and increase sales inquire for its newly-established mux used community consist of 1500 villas, office buildings, hotel, school, shopping mall, horse trail and other sustainable commodities and facilities.  

Solution

We shoot multiple 360 degrees footages/journey, with a multi-head camera mounted in drivers point of view in the electric buggy and programme it into a sensor-activated video that was used as a complete visual journey in VR mask. Guests were asked to have a rid in the electric buggy on the trade stand, and with a simple UI design within the VR displayed sensor sensitive video journey.

Visitors on the stand had a unique experience while being in a tradeshow they had journeyed within the community areas and villas interior. Because of a unique experience, in the trade fair, our client won the best booth award and increased the sale on its all over properties,

Folio Overview

Diamond Developers a master developer brand of mixed-use communities and other developments have developed different living, shopping and hospitality experiences. The client wanted to showcase their product/mixed-used community in one of the real-estate trade show, for buyers to experience the living within the community. I have designed a VR to ensure the perfect virtual user experience for buyers visiting the trade show, we placed an electrical buggy in the stand and let buyers sit in the buggy to have a real-life experience to be in the mixed-use community with having a sensor sensitive VR mask and drive throw the city as a day to day living tenant.
