With new rival in the market, Dunkin Donuts started to lose its customers and it needed a massive breakthrough to hold the market back. Agency has proposed one of the solutions to facelift its services and introduce a fast-casual cafe in one of the elite areas of Dubai.
This campaign was a launching campaign of new fast-casual cafe in JLT Dubai. The campaign was integrated across TV, radio, out-of-home and online advertising, as well as social media, public relations and in-restaurant activities to ensure all consumers are engaged on as many touchpoints as possible.
